DepositMate™ Program

DepositMate™ is a proprietary program designed by DepositMate Pty Limited which uses the Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) and its enabling blockchain technology to facilitate the purchase of real estate with little or no upfront cash deposit.

The Company does not engage in real estate services, instead, strategically partnering with licensed real estate agents to commercialise our proprietary intellectual property and offer the DepositMate™ program to property Purchasers and Vendors.

To qualify for the DepositMate™ program, you must:

  • Be a VIP Client of the Coin Issuer, Contracoin Pty Limited
  • Use Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) as a part or full deposit for the property purchase

Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) may be used for 5% up to 20% deposit for the purchase of an eligible property. Purchasers must, of course, also qualify for a home loan from their bank or other lender to fund the balance of the purchase price.

There are no application fees or on-going hidden fees to access DepositMate™.

Overview

Our Customer simply enters into a Token Purchase Contract with DepositMate Pty Limited to purchase the amount of the Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) they require for a deposit on a multi-year, buy-now-pay-later term that is interest-free.

Unlike personal advances, caveat loans and second mortgages, DepositMate™ does not offer loans and does not require security over the property.

To protect the various parties at each stage of a property transaction, Contracoin stablecoins (AUDC) purchased from DepositMate Pty Limited for the deposit are transferred to and separately held, in an escrow wallet by an ASF-licensed Custodian in trust pending settlement of the property purchase.

Investors & Other Purchasers

Customers who are Investors or Purchasers (other than First Home Buyers) must make a small minimum monthly part-payment for their Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) (0.5% of the total AUDC purchased amount), with the outstanding balance paid on or before 3 years.

First Home Buyers Special Offer

As a special offer to First Home Buyers from Program Partner, Contracoin Pty Limited, the minimum Contracoin balance required to be held in their VIP wallet is reduced from $20,000 to just $10,000, making it easier for First Home Buyers to access DepositMate™.

As a special offer for First Home Buyers from Program Partner, DepositMate Pty Limited:

  • The Purchaser may waive all monthly part-payments for their Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) used for their deposit and, instead, pay a single balloon payment at the end of the buy-now-pay-later term.
  • The 3 year buy-now-pay-later term is extended by a further 2 years, to assist First Home Buyers enter the housing market and build wealth by growing their home equity.

By taking this extended buy-now-pay-later payment option, a First Home Buyer can elect not to make any payments for their Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC) for up to 5 years

Buy Now Pay Later

Provided any agreed monthly part-payments are up to date, DepositMate™ charges no interest on the outstanding payment balance during a buy-now-pay-later term.

This buy-now-pay-later term allows a fixed number of years for Customers to make their final balloon payment to DepositMate Pty Limited of any outstanding balance for their Contracoin stablecoin (AUDC), by selling the property or simply re-financing after having built equity through capital appreciation and by paying down a portion of their home loan.
